| The weekend seems to have been my downfall!!!! Please speak harshly to me so that I can use your words to get me through the weekend! I plan on having plenty of LC friendly things around. I discovered how WONDERFUL broccoli taste with French Onion dip! YUUUUUUUUMMMM!!! I'll start eating cucumbers w/ that!! But the weekend is where I always seem to screw up for some reason! I guess because I'm home all day or something. Although I'll have class and I have to go to the gym tomorrow! (Day 6 in a row! whoo!) Thanks! Oh yeah and I had that big WHOOOOSH of 9 lbs since monday. Is it possible to have 2 Whoohes in a row??!?! There's only one way to see huh? |

| Tia, you are a big girl (no pun intended), so you know what you need to do. No one can do it for you. I have a sign in my office. It says "For every action - There is a consequence." You are close to your goal!! Congratulations!! If you keep screwing up on weekends, after a while you may have to question whether or not you are really committed to reaching your goal, or whether you are afraid to reach your goal. Only you can answer that. It is always easier to go up than down with your weight, especially as you get as close to your goal as you are. With your weight loss you are already a success, whether or not you lose another pound. Only you can give back that success by the choices you make. Don't do it!!
