Hello!

It's been WAY too long since I've visited LCE, let alone posted a message. For those of you who remember, I dropped out shortly after becoming pregnant with my second son. He's now almost 14 months old! That's a long time to be off the LCE boards! (No one ever tells you that the "busy-ness" in your life doesn't just double with 2 kids, it's an exponential increase!)

So, now I'm back, pretty much where I left off (I think), weightloss-wise. I've started working 1 day a week at our YMCA so I can get a free family membership (because working out at home just isn't happening) and I am ready to recommit to a LC WOE, for several reasons:
1. The woman today who made some comment about me being pregnant with my 3rd. (OK, so I carry my fat in a bad place, but you don't have to assume it's a pregnancy!)
2. My cousin recently had a massive heart attack and died. He was 44. It was hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and is probably genetic. Makes you rethink your own health...
3. My two boys.
4. I need to get healthy and lose this weight once and for all. And I need to do it for me.

Not sure how often I'll be able to post or visit, but am glad to know you all are here when I need you!
