| I know that I have asked this before, however I am not if since then others have come across the same thing as me. Water headaches, that is the only way that I can describe them. They are similar to the Induction Headaches, they are there, unpleasant and but the pain is liveable. It is only when I drink alot of water; like almost a galloon. But, it is spaced out throughout the day? NOW>...get this...if I drink the flavored waters out there ( like flavor splash) it doesn't happen then????!!!! I don't like drinking the flavor splash because of the sugar sub's in it. But, I need to get me water in....?? Any ideas? Thoughts? anyone else experiencing the same thing? If so what did you do to solve it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

| I haven't experienced thing like that but I had a friend who did. She drinks about a gallon of water a day and had headaches for about 2 weeks. So she started searching for what could be causing the symptoms. She had every symptom for thyroid problems. You might check into that. She started eating organic everything - meat, veggies, fruit, etc. - and they went away. I don't know if that's it but it might be worth looking into. No one likes a headache! |

| I get headaches all the time so I never bothered to figure out what was causing them (I did go get an MRI just in case...).. they come and go so the Doc just said it must be stress (I'm an IT Manager..fun stuff.. )I do drink a ton of water nowadays.. so..hummm.. might be that? But what I wanted to say after seeing your post is that I found a new trick that increased my water consumption greatly. I too buy the splenda flavored waters (like Splash) since our water here at work tastes like it comes from a swamp ...But I found that the flavored waters are "too" flavored and make me thirsty or make me feel like I'm drinking candy... So I "cut" my water... I use an empty 1L water bottle... I fill it about 1/6 full of the flavored water and then fill the rest of the way with water from the company water fountain (i.e. - swamp water). The little bit of flavored water masks the "swamp water" taste... but it's not "too much" flavor. It also stretches out a 6 pack of bottled flavored water a ton!! Just a tip for people having issues with drinking enough water.. now I just need to see if it's the cause of my headaches.. hum?

| Sheyla, My thyroid is fine I just had the doctor run all of the tests prior to starting this program. He lost a ton of weight on LC (SB though) and he is low carb anxious for. He checked all of that and I came out crystal clean and healthy! Wolfman: you might be on to something here. The waters are too sweet for me too! I might do a half & half and see what happens. I like that idea alot! Thanks! I will keep you posted. Thanks again!!
