| Louise, good for you. I don't want to rain on your parade, but alcohol is dehydrating and it sometimes shows a loss that is not true. I always have a loss after drinking, but it comes back the next day :-(. I hope you are opposite of me and the loss sticks for you. | I realize that alcohol is dehydrating so I made sure that I drank extra water. I am down another pound today (without any wine). Thanks for your advice Susan. |
