| Jackie, those sugar hang overs can be terrible drink LOTS of water and - good plan to get back to all natural foods.. but honestly, try to keep the alcohol to a minimum - as when you consume it, your body stops burning fat until all the alcohol is burned off. hope ya feel better soon, Terese LCE Member since 12/00 LCE Moderator since 3/01 My LC web site |

| Terese, Thanks, I will up my water intake today by much. As for drinking , I'm really not much of a drinker anyway two drinks and I've got a buzz, I did my share of that in the 70's... and lived through it,I own my own business( a bar of all things) and have to work with the public and found that it just to hard to be "NICE" if you feel like crap.Plus I get to be the responsible one and keep track of the party animals. This Kaluha thing was just an observation, as kaluha is LOADED with sugar, and of course vodka is "pure"so to speak, also I have found that a couple of glasses of wine seems to be ok. I also had the same thing happen with regular soda. I bought some Price Chopper diet black cherry and got some regular birch beer by mistake. Couldn't figure out why I felt like crap, till I looked at the label an saw that I had drank about 12 oz of reg soda. Needless to say I dumped the rest. Jackie |
