I am so bummed. I have been reading posts about pork rinds for the low carb snack - I finally found some (so happy) and tried them (followed the serving size on the bag - AND I AM UP 3.5 LBS in two days. I am not happy here. Not TOM, drank lots of water, exercised and everything else stayed the same! Needless to say, remaining bag went out with the trash this morning.

Jen,
I would probably guess you experienced the old "to much salt and fluid retention" temporary weight gain. Sorry you threw out the rinds, but one does what one must. Hopefully, it will all go away really soon.

Thanks, Shelley. I have always loved greasy salty things (not much for sweets) so I was really excited about these. But, dang! Not that excited. So, I've upped the water and hopefully I'll be back to signature weigth in a couple of days.
