Hi all,

I was just at Chapters this weekend and had Dr.Atkin's book (with the red cover) in my had.

I've got the one with the light Yellow cover.

I didn't purchase it.

Should I get this edition? I've been doing Atkins for a while now (over 3 years).

I've got His new book "Atkins' for life".

For those of you who have purchase his book with the red cover are there many changes in it??

Heya Anik... So good to see you again!

yanno, i have the blue one and the yellow one, and someone loaded me the white one. (Red?? that's new to me)

If you have the Atkins for Life... i wouldnt spend more on another one. You know the program, and i think each book has a couple of tweaks here and there... but i wouldnt sweat it.

So, how the heck ya been??

Ditto. If you already have Atkins for LIfe and have been low carbing for a few years, you really don't need ANOTHER DANDR.

The book that I have is dated in 1999. So I guess it isn't that old.
I've never seen the one with the blue cover!

Terese!

I've been good. I guess you missed my "I'm back" post that I posted b4 the boards came down.
