| Ummm... Tezza, Your "secret" is not your secret. EVERYBODY knows what you are suggesting; you have not found some *magical* prescription for losing weight that none of us know. What you are doing is a form of "crash dieting" and it is NOT beneficial long-term. That's all we are saying. And FYI, it ain't vegetables that stall you, babe. In fact, on the weeks when I UP my veggie intake is when I lose the most and all the research can back me up on that point. But then again, what do I know? I have only lost 60 pounds, so maybe I shouldn't say anything.
