Feeling stressed out? Feeling like you want to chew something out of boredom? Want to WORK for your food?
Grab a bag of SHELLED sunflower seeds. Break each open individually and eat the seed. See if after an hour or so if you still feel like munching on something illegal! Haha I think they're great because it takes me so freaking long to finish just a handful (and they're only 180 cals per 3/4 cup). For me it's the perfect food for when I'm feeling bored, stressed out, nervous, just wanting to chew on something but don't want to gain an instant 2 lbs for pigging out!
