| tomorrow will be 7 months that i've been on the atkins woe. my starting weigth was 312 by the end of may i was down to 288 then i stalled there for about 2 or 3 months. well i posted this and come to find out i was overdoing it w/ the splenda and sweetened whip cream.well last week i cut down on the splenda to 2 to 4 packets a day and i nixed the whip cream completely, and 1 week later (today)i lost 3 lbs i weighed today 385 after this lenghty stall.is this what u call a what is it? a woosh |

| Rudy, good for you in snappin' your long stall i still recall mine like it was yesterday - something we tend not to forget. it's nice when we can pin point what was causing the stall too, so we dont go back to it - or at least keep it to a minimum Terese LCE Member since 12/00 LCE Moderator since 3/01 My LC web site |

| Rudy - I can relate. I was in a stall also - not quite as long - only about 5 weeks - but still frustrating and difficult to get through. I broke mine last week - woohoo - and am back to steadily losing again. So YEAH FOR US!!!!!!! Tia 170/157/130 Be still and know... |
