Andrea, although I echo the others and say, "Dahlink, you look Maaahhvelous"... it is even better that your inside is looking as terrific as your outside.

As Horsemom said, hard for the naysayers to deny the 'healthy' results of a low carb lifestyle with this kind of evidence.

I loved Rob's advice, "Eat some fat! You can afford to" (actually, you can't afford not to!)
