I just cruised through Big Lots and they have SF Davinci syrup in....Buttered Popcorn flavor. The price was $3.99 for the 25.4 ounce bottle.

I didn't buy it because I can't imagine that it would taste good. In fact, I think someone posted here before that it definitely was NOT good.

Anybody tried this flavor?

My initial thought is "Urrrp!" I'm trying to imagine what you'd use it on/in....

I guess Connie P is right...that is why Big Lots got it; it just didn't sell elsewhere. What WOULD you use it for?
Back in my sugar-eating days, I tried buttered popcorn jelly bellys, and they didn't taste bad, just odd to me. I've tried to imagine that taste in coffee or flaxseed cereal, and...no.

eewwwwwww! I love butter flavored popcorn, but I didn't like the jelly belly buttered popcorn flavor. It's horrible. In my opinion. And I'm sure that is why it is at Big Lots.

I liked the buttered popcorn jelly belly beans - way back when I used to eat that kind of thing. I wonder if I would like this syrup?

The SF Da Vinci flavor that I ~most~ regret buying is Spiced Chai Latte. The Orange is rather strange, too, tasting distinctly like baby aspirin.

Everything else I've tried has been good (hazelnut, coconut, vanilla, french vanilla, cherry, amaretto).
