Fat Baggage- Is Yours Packed?

You've voiced what I've thought for a long, long time. We have to learn to love ourselves for what we are inside, and know that we deserve to be thinner, healthier, etc. If we have self-loathing, we're our own worst enemy, and the only one to blame when we sabotage ourselves.

Thanks for reminding all of us that we sometimes need an attitude adjustment, and no one can do that but ourselves.
