| After starting on the morning of Monday, April 16th, I have lost 7 pounds so far! The main element to this success (so far) I believe is the refusal to eat ANY "low-carb" prepared foods (Atkins bars, cereals, cookies, chocolate, donuts, etc.). I've tried the Atkins diet before (a couple of times actually, in the late 90s and then again around 2002), and failed to lose ANY weight the last time. I was eating all the "fake" foods. This time I'm pure Ken Starting weight: 215 lbs Goal weight: 180 lbs Target loss: 35 lbs Current weight: 208 lbs Lost so far: 7 lbs Number of days since began: 6 |

| and i'd be willing to bet you that you are not working that much harder than you did before. a little knowledge is a wonderous thing, eh? add this man's voice to the testimonals against frankenfoods. congrats on your progress so far! |
