| My mom made these once in awhile when I was a little girl and I always thought they were yummy. For some reason, I thought about this recipe the other day and realized that it's probably a good LC treat ! (of course, use the Sugar Free Jello) Double Decker Knox Blox Snack 3 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatine 3 pkgs. (3 oz. each) flavored gelatin 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream In large bowl, combine Knox with flavored gelatin. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin in completely dissolved. Stir in cream. Pour into shallow baking pan, chill until firm. To serve cut into one inch squares. Recommended pan size, 9 x 13 inch. What are everyone's thoughts on the carb count ? |
