| The past couple of nights, I've gotten to about 8:00 in the evening and realized I had only consumed 14 carbs for the day. So, I was making a salad and trying to get in carbs before I went to bed. Yes, I know I should try to regulate it through the day, but some days are like that, even in Australia (Thanks, Alexander!). Anyway, what do you do when you get to the end of the day and realized you need to eat more to have your carb level up? TIA! | I've certainly had that problem today! My allergies are killing me and with the antihistamine my appetite is ZIP. I've had like 7 carbs all day and there is no way I can eat anything else but will try more tommorrow. Susan LC and feeling better every day! Atkins since 7/18/03 210/190/140 |

| Cindy; They say you should stop eating about 3 hours before you go to bed. so a light snack at 8:00 would be fine if your bedtime is 11:00. Salad is a good choice and if you're eating fruit some strawberries and cream makes a nice snack. I'l confess to eating this right before bed with no ill effects. Rob |
