Default What's for Dinner?

Well, I thought I would start a post about what everyone is having for dinner. It always helps me to get excited about the good foods I am eating, and it is fun to see what everyone else is eating. So for dinner tonight I am going out to eat Mexican and will have a taco salad with guacomole! Yummo! What are you guys cooking/ eating for dinner?

Leftovers from yesterday: Sliced roast chicken & broccoli - with pan juices on both, warmed up in the microwave. Cucumber salad on the side. Big glass of water.

Sounds like everyone is eating some good food, and that is what is so awesome about this life style. Tonight will be quesadillas, made with taco seasoned chicken, black olives, green onions, and cheese, with homemade guacomole! And the tortillas are low carb of course. Cant wait till dinner, LOL!

Dinner, tonight I tried a new dish, chicken parmesan. My DW gave it a :great:. That means it will begin making a regular appearance on my menus. I served it with, corn on the cob, and green beans w/onion and tomato.
