Mom of 3 Trying to Bring Sexy Back

"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I have been on Atkin's "induction Phase" kinda a modified version though. It seems to be working I started 3/9/06 @ 287 lbs. today's morning weight was 264. I do not go above 20 carbs ...."

Thumbs up Mom of 3 Trying to Bring Sexy Back
I have been on Atkin's "induction Phase" kinda a modified version though. It seems to be working I started 3/9/06 @ 287 lbs. today's morning weight was 264. I do not go above 20 carbs 5 out of 7 days of the week. When I do eat carbs I do my workout twice. I weigh myself everyday to monitor my weight fluctuation, and that keeps me grounded as to when I need to work harder. I only drink water, and I drink 8+ glasses of water everyday. I also take fiber and whey protein everyday. I was 303 in Dec 05 after the birth of our 3 child and lost 16 lbs in a year & half with carb based veggie diets. I have lost 23 lbs in just 6 weeks on this form of Atkins. I love LCE and it is my new way of life.
