 1st Birthday With Good Pictures! Hey Thanks eveybody who wished me Happy Birthday & Happy Birthday to all of the May babies! I had a blast this weekend and still DID NOT CHEAT! I pigged out on carb freindly stuff (steak & salad, taco salad, whipped cream, omeletes, meat & cheese) it was great! Had a few drinks though but worked out harder and that seemed to do the trick! I took some pictures with my husband and it looks like I lost about 60 lbs (I have only lost 40 in total). My mid section looked like someone cut & pasted me together! My legs were shapely and looked great in the pictures! Usually when I take pictures my face looks huge, my legs look like cartoon hams off of bugs bunny, and my arms look big & bulky! I was even able to take a picture crossing my legs! Everyone was saying how great I looked and that I have lost so much weight. My husband was so proud of me (and couldn't keep his hands off of me the whole weekend). When I got dressed for the big night (Saturday 5-5-07 "Cinco de Mayo") my kids were like "Whoa Mom you look really pretty!" I am so happy about seeing the results because I have worked really hard for them. This awakening has showed me that I can do the impossible and I more determined now than ever to not be fat again. My next quest is working on taking a picture in a bikini!   |
