DOES ANYONE KNOW OF OR RECOMMEND ANY ALL NATURAL LOW CARB BARS? IT SEEMS THEY ALL HAVE MALITOL OR OTHER SUGAR ALCOHOLS AND ALL THE OTHER JUNK.

The only thing I can think of is make your own...how?? Well...hmm...maybe some almond flour, splenda, cream cheese/butter, and some sort of extract....or add nuts...or instead of splenda and flavor and a sugar free syrup...gee....now I will have to go experiment....

If I set a goal...then when I finally reach that goal..I am afraid that I will use it as a license to eat..therefore..I have no goal...only to stick to this wol FOREVER!!!
