I started the low carb diet 7 months ago and did great,went form 181 to 147 !
Here lately tho I been eating things that I wouldnt have dared to eat 3 months ago.
What I want to know,does it matter as long as you stay under a certain amount of carbs a day,does it matter where the carbs are coming from.Like a piece of toast in the morning,and then the rest what I would normally eat. I am staying around or under 40-45 carbs and havent gained any but I dont want it to sneak up on me so I am starting to worry if its ok.
