| Chesnut, I stay at induction levels most days. In the 10 weeks on the diet, I've only had 1 serious blow-out (for my AF retirement weekend). But I always go back to induction levels. My diet is similar to yours. I think I'm going to try the alternating levels technique to shake my body into submission I also did a little jogging yesterday, which I have not done in a couple months. It felt good. I'm going to start doing that again. I betcha that will help. Ken |
