| Annabelle, First of all, who is seting your menus for you? Wing Dings... do those have breading... make sure to use whole fresh chicken with no breading... romaine salad is good... add some other "allowed" veggies that Dr Atkins recommends in the book. Have you read the book compmletely? If not-- do. Grapes are not allowed on induction. What are you eating for breakfast or lunch? Good job on the water and exercise, keep in mind you may be gaining muscle which is good. Heidi |
