(See the sponser's ad at the top of the page?) I just had this for my work all day go straight to class day dinner. It is soooo good!! I found it at my local Walmart in the frozen diet foods. It was about $3 a bowl and only 6 net carbs! I'm not much of a frozen dinner fan, but this was really tasty -nice and spicey and lots of meat. Try it, you'll like it! Always eat your veggies first!

Brightly, I checked these out at Walmart, but didn't see the Mexican dinner. I'm going to buy 2 or 3 to have on hand when I come home for lunch and need something quick. Have you tried any of the others?

I tried the chicken primevera, but it had too many peppers for my taste. I don't mind the flavour of red and green peppers, I just don't like to eat strips of them. DH loved it though. I wanted the stir fried shrimp, but they were sold out. I did buy the garlic beef but I'm saving for a time when I don't have to work up close and personal with anyone. Personally I still need a good size salad or veggie serving with it to feel full, but I would with any entree. Always eat your veggies first!

These dinners really are good. I drove an hour to buy some. I decided if I'm going to have one, I'll have a small salad too. I am hoping the SuperWalmart closer to my home will start carrying them, we've asked, but not seeing them yet.

I can't believe all the sodium in these dinners. Some are in excess of 2000mgs. And with the RDA of only 2400mgs. it makes for slim picking the rest of the day to stay under the wire. 265/236.5/175 Melting away, day by day

Opel, they're not for induction and they're not a good idea as a staple, but for those times when you're rushed or nothing else is convienient these are pretty handy. It's like any thing, moderation is key. If you have issues with sodium, they probably aren't a good idea. I did finally try the garlic beef and brocolli; it's by far my favourite. Always eat your veggies first!
