Hello to everyone.....I have been on the board before as shorty,changed my name because i forgot it and my password....see what those crazy carbs did to me
Anyway....something finally clicked with me,i started low carb again Aug.17 and this time is so different,maybe because i really want it this time.I'm not hungry,blood sugar is in perfect range,have lost 10 pounds and i don't get nuts when the scale doesn't move!!

Most of all,I want to thank everyone on the board's,we don't know each other but i think of you as my friends
