| Here's a recipe to try with that chocolate: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/chocola...fle_torte.html She mentions the 85% at the bottom of the recipe in her comments. I'll be looking for it when I'm out shopping this evening!

| I prefer the real dark chocolate over anything with sugar alcohols in it. My favorite is the 88% Endangered Species Extreme Dark bar. One square is always enough to satisfy any craving for chocolate. Recently, I found some 100% cocoa organic, unsweetened Dagoba dark chocolate bars. Very bitter but very satisfying. And absolutely 0 g of sugar. |

| I did find the Lindt 85% bars at my SuperWalmart for $1.68 each. Just FYI if you're looking for them.

| If anyone has a Trader Joe's nearby, Valrhona is an excellent, high quality chocolate available in 71% and 85%. Here's a pic of it ![]() My personal favorite is Green & Black's Organic 70% dark chocolate bar. It is heavenly. The flavor and texture, fabulous.
