| Does anyone know much about polydextrose, and can you deduct it from the carb count in your food to lower your net carb count? Sonya 172/133/125 Slow and steady wins the race! Go Longhorns! |

| Well, I answered my own question. I was wondering about this because it was on a Ketogenics muffin mix list of ingrediants and it was mentioned that you could subtract this from your carb count under carbs, but you never know. If anyone is interested, this link gives you more information. It sounds like it's in a lot of low carb/low calorie food. Polydextrose Sonya 172/133/125 Slow and steady wins the race! Go Longhorns! |
