| I used to be an every day weigher but now I get on every 2 weeks (if I even remember) just to ensure that I'm still right on track. 2 lbs one way or the other doesn't bother me. But if I hit a 5 lb weight gain, then I know it's time to start looking at what I'm eating and looking at my exercise routine. But as long as I'm diligent, I never need worry about a 5 lb gain. |

| Good for you, Sheyla, that you've found a formula that works, both for the scales and for the exercise! That's what's it's all about....that just right *balance*. I hope we all can find our perfect balance!

| For me, once a week. But I'm still in weightloss-mode. Maybe once I hit goal it will be different.

| Still every morning. Keeps me in check. Hey at least I don't do it anymore in the middle of the night when I get up to pee. Sorry, TMI... |

| Every morning. I don't sweat the 2 lb bounces, knowing it's water. But I love the elation when I've gone down below my last lowest point. On those days, I feel really skinny! Even though I'm not really, it still makes me feel better.

| Hahahaha, im obsessed with the scale. I get on when eat a meal just to see how a meal and glass of water makes a difference. when i take a shower i check before i dry off and after. In this weird, but simple way i im learning what makes me increase or decrease, you know learning how the scale fluctuates and what makes it fluctuate. I may be in denial, but not obsessive, just analytical. hahahahahahaha, ok a lil obsessive.

| Since I just started back on program and I am doing induction I am doing once a week and with a month measurement review. But, the eagerness gets me sometimes and I want to check more often. Back in the day, I didn't have one at home and I used to go my sisters house once a week to "weigh in" (she had a "doctors" scale) Funny***everyone that also weighed in that was doing a low fat (ww) program, they said that scale a liar and a cheat...... Funny it was good to me.......(good ole atkins!!!! hee hee!!)

| Pretty much every day. The Monday morning weigh ins are the most important ones though. Daily fluctuations are interesting to notice, but the weekly ones seem to be better at detecting possible trends if they head in the same direction more than a week or 2 in a row. Scale-weight doesn't come close to telling the whole story, but I figure all information is good........information is power. I'm currently doing strength training so my actually body weight could go up and my BF% down. That's the plan anyway. (I do skin fold calipers too)
