Oh gosh, I have SO many favorites, some are now OWL-favorable though, like macadamia nuts.

BUT - celery stuffed with cream cheese is good stuff, but I also like it with deviled ham - you know, those little cans you can buy?? Mix it with just a little mayo and mustard if you like.

Slim Jim spicy beef stix! LOVE those.

Also beef jerky, watch the labels though, it varies wildly in terms of carbs.

Olives. Any kind. Yum.

Pork rinds, any kind, dipped in guacamole.

Leftover meats from dinner, cut into strips.

Any kind of cheese stick, wrapped with a slice of deli-style lunchmeat.

Deviled eggs! I mix the yolks with mayo and Chipotle flavored Tabasco - yum yum!

A strip or two of bacon. I precook 2 pounds on the weekends as needed, then just reheat in the microwave, or eat cold for a snack.

I'll think of more later - variety is definitely the key for me..........

The pumpkin granola (recipe under low carb cooking) is my new current fave snack. Also two of the Revolution rolls (see recipe under low carb cooking) with a mixture of cream cheese and nut butter and a squirt of DaVinci syrup are great. drinks can be delicious and filling. I make iced coffee with heavy cream and DV syrup and it keeps me full for awhile. Likewise italian sodas: 1-2 T heavy cream, soda and sugar free syrup of your choice. Hot cocoa with heavy cream, cocoa powder, sweetener and hot water are also super.

I love to take a piece of cheese--the laughing cow ROUNDS work great--and nuke for a couple of minutes to make a crispy cheese round--yum!

thats all for now--more later!

Ouis, I'll have to try that - I have some of those LC rounds!

I thought of another one I like occasionally - one of those little cans of Vienna sausage. Again, check the carbs, they do vary from brand to brand and type to type!

And sardines in mustard sauce (stop retching now...) are terrific, VERY low carb, and lots of calcium too!

Thanks guys! Those were all great ideas, and a big reminder that I'm not so limited.
