Default Pastry Flour?

I found this interesting cake type thing today (actually they are calling it a Rose Cookie because it's shaped like a rose) at the coffee house around the corner and wondered what you thought of it? The nutritional label says it is one serving at 95 cals. It contains 5g carbs and the ingredients listed are Unsalted butter, Eggs, Pastry flour, Vanilla and Raisin. It shows 10g sugars which I am guessing must come from the raisins?

Does this sound like something I should not be eating? I tried one and it was surprisingly good - kinda like pound cake.

I think the carb count has to be wrong, if there are 10 gms of sugar, and sugar is all carb, there there must be at leat 10 gms of carbs just from the sugar, plus what comes from the flour. I'm afraid I'd have to leave it alone.

Rats! It sure would be nice to find an occasional treat we low carbers could have with a cup of coffee. Guess we just need to make them ourselves.

That's pretty much what I thought - too good to be true! Darn....
Exactly what I wanted it for - to have with an afternoon cup of coffee! Oh well, guess I will start trying out some recipes. I have made a batch of the Atkins bake mix-alike from the recipe I found here. Will let you know if I come up with anything good!

Thanks - as always, for your help!
