| I purchased my first bottle of Kefir at my local health foods store, when I tasted it I thought wow this stuff is great!.. I looked at the ingredients and it listed "evaporated cane liquid" is that sugar??? I have been so faithful since I started on 7/19/0 without one cheat... I was heartbroken... any help would be appreciated. Marg |

| Make your own! It's a total cinch and you'll know exactly what's in it. Check out the Caveman Forum - the unofficial home of kefir brewers. Maggie 5'1" Atkins since '98 (160) Maintaining nicely (110) Redhead until further notice! |
