| Tara, the upside of the egg in the bra, you have a little snack for later...... Those are all great breakfast-on-the-go ideas. I've even had pork rinds for breakfast, and cheese sticks. Or a nice protein shake. So many things to eat, no excuse for skipping breakfast. |

| make a wrap with lettuce tuna, chicken salad, roast beef, anything you might put in a wrap for lunch or dinner, do it for breakfast. c
