I love them for dessert with some DaVinci sugarfree Danish Pastry syrup and a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. HEAVENLY! Char Don't squat with yer spurs on! |

| I had a few for the first time over a month ago and was kind of let down, they did not really taste that good to me! I think I just got used to doing without them! To get to the rainbow you must first pass through the rain! |

Did I ever tell you how I got 3 free bottles of DaVinci syrup of my choice for helping them find a glitch in their new web hosting design? | LOL, Char! Couple of DaVinci Devotee's we are! When they first switched to their new web site it was, for me, slower than an ice cube melting on the south pole. I wrote them and complained about the "improvement." They couldn't understand what the problem was and one tech there tried to blame it on the fact that I run a Mac OS and use Mozilla for a browser. I ran a couple of traces with WhatRoute and sent them the reports. The problem was with one of the servers in their chain and they were easily able to correct it. They sent me a thank you note and a code for three bottles of my favorite syrups! They're good people. I love their stuff! | I've seen Davinci syrups in little stores out in the boonies of Oregon. I'm sure they make it down to California. Try going to their website (www.davincigourmet.com) and sending them an email about where you might be able to pick some up in your area. I'm sure they'd love to hear from you! Maggie - way to go, the webpage works quite nicely now. berry good job...... I think I may have to walk out and pick a few blackberries for a nightcap, nice a plump and fresh off the bush mmmmmmmmmmm John 202/176.5/170 |

| Maggie, yes, they ARE good folks. I love dealing with them! That's why I'm fairly loyal to shopping online with them, although I'm not beyond picking up the occasional bottle if I can find it at Marshall's or someplace! IMHO I would NEVER have faired so well on either Weight Watchers OR Atkins without these syrups. They're so versatile and come in so many flavors that you just won't believe it - and the flavors are excellent! I've heard that you can find them at Cash & Carry, unfortunately we don't HAVE one of those here - we have the sister store, Smart & Final, but the local one only carries Torani syrups, and IMHO they just don't hold a candle to the DV! Every now and then Ross or Marshall's will have a limited amount/flavor selection in the sugarfree for very cheap and when I can find them, if it's a flavor I want, I'll buy 'em! Mostly I just get them straight from DV though, and I can also get the pump tops at the same time, which makes it ever so much easier to dispense your treat du jour! | >> Are the davinci syrups really that good!!! << Well, considering they are 0 carb, yes. I couldn't honestly say they are as good as many conventional syrups, but they are a real boon to the LC lifestyle. The only store where I've found them so far is TJ Maxx and that's a limited selection. OTOH, www.netrition.com sells the full line of Da Vinci flavors for less than the Da Vinci website. And, netrition only charges about $5 for shipping regardless of how many bottles you order. ~~~Teelbee 174 (Mar. 2002, highest weight), 164 (Jan. 2003, begin LC) 164/135/137-134 remember, amateurs built the Ark, professionals built the Titanic |

| The da Vinci syrups ARE that good. But if you don't have any then a slight sprinking of splenda and some cream is heaven too. I do the strawberry dance all the time. Had some 2 weeks ago that were organic and so sweet They needed nothing else. Rob |

| Trader Joe's had some lucious organic strawberries when I was there last week. DH and I had sliced berries and cream for dessert that night. It was a wonderful finish to a fabulous steak dinner.
