Are they all created equal? I was looking online and there are so MANY! I was thinking about going with Pro Lab. Does anyone else use this brand? I need to start "cooking" and adding more carbs. And I noticed a lot of recipies I want to try calls for Protein powders. Any advice/info is appreciated as usual...

I use Bio-Plex Whey Protein Powder, that I ordered from www.beyondmuscle.com. I got the natural flavor and make my own protein shakes every morning. They sell a 5-pound cannister for $27.95 + shipping. Here is a link http://www.beyondmuscle.com/brands-b...nutrition.html

I have never tried whey protein powder for baking.

Ilse,
Would you mind sharing your recipe for shakes using the protein powder? I love my shakes in the morning; but have been afraid of trying to make my own without the benefit of Atkins or Keto shake mix.

Thanks!
