Tracy,

Congrats on the 10lbs! That is wonderful!

I just wanted to remind you though, that since you are exercising so much, that you are probably gaining muscle. Which of course weighs more than fat, and helps burn fat. So, hang in there! Just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean anything! I think we all have "issues" weighing ourselves. (except the smart ones that either "broke" their scale or the LC'ers that don't own one!)

Good luck to you and Congrats again!

Have no fear, we are here, to support 1lb at a time...

Good morning...very early. Ok MONA lol, I ate 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, so thats a start, I hope. I am going to take the advice and not weigh or measure myself except once a month. I'll have my son hide the scale from me lol. I'll keep you all informed and thanks so much for all the helpful advice and encouragement!!!

Mona:

Right. Everyone IS different. I tell people that I don't eat breakfast when they ask what I eat each day because, I don't -- and cannot -- eat breakfast. Were I to eat something before noon, I would become sick at my stomach and toss my cookies (or the remnants of last nights' dinner). I don't advocate NOT eating breakfast. In fact, I tell people that they SHOULD eat breakfast, if they ask my advice.

I have, since the tender age of 12, gotten sick if I try to eat breakfast. That's why I don't.

Just wanted to set the record straight here...

Hi, Tracy. Ten pounds is great! Congratulations. Just something to keep in mind. Some of us loose great the first month or so then it just comes off very slowly. Just keep on keeping on. Sounds like you are doing ok. You might post a few days menus there might be some helpful pointers.
