When you are through with induction, how often are you "allowed" to have some low carb bread or pasta? And if you make the revolution rolls, can you eat one, say, everyday or are they limited too?

Steph, that's honestly up to you. I recommend staying clear of the products until you know you can handle just a little and not binge on them...but only YOU can know when that is for you.

Cheers,

Add some berries or possibly experiment with different veggies to add those extra carbs.

Try putting 1/4 of a diced apple into your tuna salad. (yummm...)

I am really liking those ww tortillas. 3 carbs, that's not bad. I am only eating like 3 or 4 a week. So glad my son likes them too..

I added a few veggies to my dinner and I have gotton over my stall. I could see myself shrinking but it wasn't showing on the scale. This week I have dropped 3.5 lbs after 3 weeks on no weight loss.
