That is why I hesitated to state my size. Any amount of weightloss or inch loss is positive. Everyone has a different body type and different goals. I think we should stand up and cheer anyone who has the gumption to follow this WOE because it takes courage. So for everyone out there that is starting to see a positive difference in the way they feel I salute you.

I loved that last amazing post momuvfour!! It drives people crazy that I don't eat junk when they do. There is nothing wrong with me if I don't eat movie popcorn/nachos/candy but choose bottle water! Many times I've been invited out to dinner (last minute) and went to spend time with friends/family but declined food any food (usually done with carbs and cals for the day). Just had something to drink but was given the 3rd degree on why I'm not eating, when and what I ate last then tried to talk into eating more. Avoiding that high carb junk food isn't always for overweight people but those who want to be AND STAY healthy!

You just need to remember why you are doing this. That is what I always remember. Nobody else has to deal with a food hangover or how terrible you feel and bloated if you eat that other stuff. Keep up the good work

phooey on steak, egg and hamburgers! I just had the "loaded chicken dinner" from my favorite restaurant. Chicken breast w/ a little teriyaki and cheese and bacon with broccoli. I get double broccoli, no baked potato. Total: 11 carbs, thank you. and healthy!!!
