I am needing some advice for my mother. She is low-carbing also and was having trouble walking this morning..lol..she couldn't walk straight, she keep walking to the left. She is in her 4th week I think and is eating approx. 25-30 carbs most days. Some days she says its still under 20. I am telling her to add more carbs and protein. Could she be lacking something? Let me know if I am giving her sound advice or not. Also, I know that she had eggs and sausage for breakfast, a chicken caeser salad for lunch, and a salad at Ruby Tuesday last night. She drinks at least a gallon of water everyday. I'm thinking she just didn't get enough protein or fat or something yesterday, but would love to have some responses from you guys. THanks a lot!

Kim,

Your mom is far enough in that I don't believe her dizziness is related to the diet.

Please tell her to get to the doc.

We're just volunteers who can't give medical advice. I'm locking this thread, but please do keep us posted.

(((hugs)))

Blessings!
