| Hey everyone! I am making a dip that has 1 cup of sourcream (2TB=1 carb) and 1 cup mayo (0 carbs). I am wondering if this would end up being a high carb food? or if there is any kind of sour cream with 0 carbs? thanks, MB |

| 1 cup of sour cream is equal to 16TB, which equals 8 carbs per cup. Since I don't think you are planning to eat the entire bowl of dip yourself, and it has other items in it such as the mayo the overall carb count will probably be fine. Say you end up eating half of the dip --- that is only 4 carb from the sour cream (can't speak to the other ingredients). Hope this helps. | It's easy to become a bit carb-phobic. Try to resist, though ~~~Teelbee 174 (Mar. 2002, highest weight), 164 (Jan. 2003, begin LC) 164/135/137-134 remember, amateurs built the Ark, professionals built the Titanic |
