| I buy a lot from netrition. Coconut flour & oil, flaxseed meal and almond flour, DaVinci sf syrups, FiberFit, black soybeans, bran crisps, whey protein powder, just to name a few. Most of these I can't find in the grocery store, or only a limited selection. Last edited by Goddess; 04-08-2008 at 10:49 AM. Reason: adding link |

| I order from Honeyville grain for soy protein isolate, oat fiber, almond flour, WPI, corn bran, erythritol, and vital wheat gluten. I order my brown sugar flavored splenda syrup from Nature's Flavors, and I also order from iherb and netrition.

| I am in Germany, so I get most LC products online. I try to just eat normal foods, though. The fewer processed or fake foods I eat, the better I usually do.

| I've just placed an order with carbsmart for some syrups and flaxseed meal. Almost ordered 0 carb peanut butter, but something stopped me. Gotta trust that intuition! |

| Yes I get my cereals, coconut oil and flour and alot of the hard to find items online, regular food I can buy locally. When the places of business decided that we weren't interested in low carb any more alot of things got dropped, but I found if I really looked I could still find an adequate number of items especially online. Thank goodness for my computer.

| Remember, the best foods are made without special ingredients. Generally, you should be able to make meals 99% of the time with what's available at the regular supermarket. The more fresh products (and less packaged) you eat, the better.

| You probably have a point, though i usually order low carb cereal, and coconut flour online, and a few more items that can't be bought locally. I mostly eat things bought from the grocery store though

| for me, it depends a lot on what it is. i'm more likely to get sub ingredients for cooking to help me lc my recipes; less of the packaged foods, which are more likely to cause problems for me. a few here and there, yeah. but i'm more careful about those. early on when i was just a lc-neophyte, i tried the lc junk food, when it was still to be had and readily available. and it worked the same as regular junk food to me; i overate it, and tended to gain. go figure. |

| What type of French dressing did you order? I just finished a bottle of Walden farm French and it was pretty bitter stuff-though their Thousand Island was good. |

| I did buy the french dressing but it has not arrived at my house yet. Thanks for telling my about the taste because I am a very picky eater and if something is not good I probably will not finish it. I have look at recipes though to make it. I wonder what they taste like? |
