Thumbs down Dragon Breath,...

The breath is bad...
and I wondered what does everyone else do?
I am in Induction and obviously burning fat and very much in ketosis.
However, the breath is just something terrible.

I usually eat mints (S/F with sugar alcohols in them that balance out the 1 carbs they usually have)

Weight loss/ketosis good...
the dragon breath is something left to be desired...

Please advise!!

Drinking your water surely helps. And using breath strips (we use Listerine brand, but there are other brands) helps, too.

One time my granddaughter (about 30 months old) asked me if I'd had sausage for supper. (I had, smoked sausage.) Must've been on my breath, and I figured that if she could smell it, (and she wasn't shy about it!), so could everyone else, so I pulled out my breath strips. They work great.

If you have some fresh mint, just chewing a bit on a leaf would help, too.
