Anyone in the Central Texas area find a place to buy all the different low carb foods, breads, flours, etc. I know Superwalmart has the carb bowls, but where do you buy the rest of the stuff....I live in Austin, so am looking for some where close to me I can buy this stuff.

We found a bunch of stuff at Central Market here in the DFW area. I believe there's at least one of those in Austin, isn't there? The interesting thing was that it wasn't all grouped together in a special section (though there was also an LC section), but mostly on the shelves with the regular stuff.

Hey Carolyn! I'm in Austin too, and Vicki(I forgot her exact registered name) is here too. I think there are a couple others as well. I got some stuff at the Central market South, and Vicki went to the one on Lamar. HEB is pretty worthless for LC stuff, and I don't know about anyone else. Good luck!

I live in NW Austin and I found that the Randalls at Lake Line Blvd and Cypress Creek Rd has an extensive line of Low Carb products!

Drug Emporium carries LC stuff?? We have one about 50 miles away. What type of things do they carry?

50 miles is a long way to drive..... Our Drug Emp. has a health food section called "Vitamins Plus". The have all the Atkins products, Whey products, tortillas, a bread that can be unfolded and used as Pizza crust, frozen cheesecake, the syrups, flours, cereals, almond butter, candy and replacement bars, etc. I would definitely call ahead and see if your store carries the same products before making the drive.

Thanks for coming by to see our store. I'm almost positive were opening sometime between October 1-4th (fingers crossed). I think you'll like the store alot. Its in the same shopping center with Slick Willies as you are facing Slick's it will be on your left towards the front of the shopping center
hope that helps.... I had to drive around thru the shopping center to find it, it has a sign but it is on the door, and it isn't open yet
