Are you allergic against all berries? Berries are a good fruit to add and then cantaloupe or honeydew (no watermelon!). If you go onto the Atkins website, there are some good articles about what to add:

Good luck!

I know it's a veggie, but I think of it as a fruit...rhubarb? I love rhubarb sauce. All berries are good, so Katrin is right on. Good luck!

watermelon is not bad fruit. It is in the medium category for glycemic levels. It will impact your insulin at a faster rate than berries will.

No one ever mentions it, but I like grapefruit. I peel one and put it in a ziplock box in the fridge where it will keep till I finish it. A few sections with breakfast (maybe about a quarter of a grapefruit or less) are only about 3-4 net gms of carbohydrate and I love a little citrus fruit with my bacon and eggs.
