This is for those of you who have reached your goal weight. I'd love to know what your day-to-day food choices are. I'm particularly interested in those whose weight is in the 110-115 range. I'm still about 10 pounds off of this, but I'd love to catch a vision for what life will be like at that point. Thanks! Cindy

Cindy

My diet is very basic. Chicken, eggs, fish, turkey, no red meat (I don't like beef at all, tastes to bloody), cheese, veggies, sf jello, fruit, de-caf with sweetnlow, and 1/2 &1/2. I stay away from all of the packaged foods that are low carb, they just seem unnecessary and a sure way to add extra calories, not that I'm really counting any but I've always been one to just keep my meals simple. I use to eat the pork rinds but no more, the salt kills me, as it really shows up on my face and my thighs, so no more of that, it's just not worth it. I love turkey burgers, that really seems to be my staple. I can eat them every night for dinner and be very happy.

I started lc in June, I did not have alot of weight to lose, basically I just wanted my flat stomach back. I have been in menopause for 2 years and nothing I did would work, Atkins was honestly my last resort because I always stayed away from animal proteins and basically was a veggie, but that was not working so Atkins it was and to my surprise, it worked and now I am converted. I've never been happier and so satisfied. I have tried a few of the receipes for the desserts, but I find them all pretty bad, jello is just fine.

I just keep it as simple as I can, make sure I eat enough to stave off any hungar and drink alot of water.. I think my only weakness is coffee, now maybe you can advise me on that..

Hope this answers your question, sorry it was so long... Oh by the way, I am 5'6" 1/2, 103-105 and 49 yrs.old
