Just continue on with OWL. In the grand scheme of things, it was a little blip. Drink lots of water to compensate. Most importantly, don't beat yourself up. You're human!

Ditto what Kellie said!

You do not need to restart induction for something this minor. Now, if you lose total control of your eating and end up in a 3-day binge... that would be another matter. But that's not going to happen, right?
Drink LOTS of water and stay REALLY true to LC for the next couple of days. I wouldn't even eat any *borderline* foods like LC chocolate or anything.
Why?
Your cravings are going to increase because of this little slip and your old food demons will try to sneak in and make you lose control. As MANY of us know.
So the best way to fend them off is to stay busy; don't *think* about what you've done too much -- there will be time for analyzing your decision to eat the cookies later -- keep your mind on other things and eat "induction-like" for a couple of days (meat and veggies).
You will be fine.

Hey, we're human. It has happened to all of us. The key is to not let it spiral out of control.
You're doing great; keep it up!
