| I'm sure this should be self-explanatory, but I can't figure it out. On FitDay, what is the procedure to make a "custom food?" When I go to "Add a Custom Food," it takes me right to the nutritional grid. When I go to the "Help" section, to try and figure out how to do this, it isn't much help. Am I making sense? Thanks! | You just take whatever food you want to put on there. Like for example I put splenda and atkins bars on there because it is not in the list and I use it so need a carb count. I just look at the label of the food I want to add and plug in all the nutritional info that it asks for. It is used when the food you pick is not in the existing list. Good luck. ~Steph |

| Thanks! For some reason I was thinking you could have a personalized food like "salad" that you always fix. You'd enter the ingredients for your salad (2 cups Romaine, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 1 hard-boiled egg, etc.) and then when you ate that food you could just pull up your customized salad without having to enter every ingredient every day. Is there a way to do that? Thanks so much! Blessings, Cindy "Whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." I Corinthians 10:31 |
