i have been lost for a minute but eventhough i still am following htis WOL
just wanted to give an update on my progress
been doing this since 8/04/03 and started at 160 current weight is.... 145
oh and clothes that have not fit me before I CAN WEAR NOW!!!!!!

CONGRATs Yaz, great to hear you are wearing those clothes, I have lost 17lbs since 8/11, and went clothes shopping on sunday and was able to fit into a smaller size.... I know what you mean, I to love this WOL.

Way to go, Yaz!

I'm not sure how much I've lost, since I didn't weigh myself until I had lost some weight (I guess I couldn't face it), but I do know that at one point earlier this year I was at about 240 something. I'm now at about 207!

Recently I've tried on some pants I haven't been able to fit in for years and they are now too loose. - happy, happy, joy, joy -

I love this WOL and will never turn back!
