| Hello. I am looking for a low-carb baking mix that I can make myself. The boxed mixes are getting to be too expensive. I'd like to buy the ingredients in bulk and mix it up fresh when I want to bake something. Thanks for your time. Amy |

| Amy, can you give me an idea of exactly what it is that you are wanting. Frankly the good doctor's mix leaves something to be desired... Can you give me an idea of the kind of foods you are wanting? I'm actually currently working on some projects and have a few things in the cue. Blessings!
