Congrats on the loss... newme. Better to lose one than gain one which is what I did. I guess counting is really important and I didn't count this week. I also used Lowry's Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade on some steak which was out of this world but I think too costly. I knew better!

I did great this weekend. My official loss this morning was 12 pounds! Two bags of sugar and 8 sticks of butter!!! 170s here I come! It has been over a year since I was 179 or less. I love the fact that I have a whole new wardrobe and I didn't spend a dime. Yesterday, I actually put on a t-shirt that was a large and it looked good! DH even commented on it. I am feeling great and sticking with it...28 days on plan!! Newme - stick with it. Sometimes your body has to adjust and trust that you are going to be in for the long haul. KUTGW!!!!

Now - the rest of you LC Divas...let's hear about your progress!!!

I will have to find myself a new tiara. I gave mine to my nephew's wife to get married in and then told her to keep it. They have some great pretty princess ones in the dollar store! Pink with feathers and pink "stones"!
