I am down to 192.5. Its been 4 weeks and 2 days. I am extremely happy but I am kind of frightened at the same time. I walk/job 3-4 miles 5 times a week. It's really helping me. Am I working out too much? I think It's coming off too fast. I never that I could lose that much weight in a month. Some days I don't get all my carbs. I have added nuts and added more veggies and I am still losing pretty good. Should I be leery(probably misspelled that) about losing this fast or not? Sorry to ramble on! Hope my low carb family have a good weight loss weekend

Congratulations on the weight lose!! That's great. Don't be worried about losing weight fast right now. Believe me, the lose will start to slow down soon. As you move closer and closer to your goal weight, the lose will nearly come to a halt. Be happy for now, and remember it when you may feel discouraged later on!

Woohoo, Shay! Good for you. The weight comes off fast in the beginning, don't worry it will slow down with time. Just enjoy it.

Eat your veggies, drink your water, watch the nuts...you'll be fine.

You go girl!

Way to go!!! Just keep up the work and it will even out. Don't be afraid to vary your foods to find what works the best for you. Remember, this isn't a race; you are fine-tuning the rest of your eating life!

Great, Shay! Way to go!

You may want to think about doing some weight training. This will help to ensure that your skin stays taught.

Aren't you feeling great?

Never give up! Never surrender!
